Duck N Bao Cypress is where it all began. Grace and Leo Xia opened the original Duck N Bao in 2020 on Spring Cypress Road, bringing authentic Sichuan Chinese cuisine to northwest Houston and quickly earning a following across Cypress, Katy, and Tomball. The Cypress location serves the full Duck N Bao menu — house-roasted Peking duck, handmade pork and chicken xiao long bao, black truffle soup dumplings, dan dan noodles, mapo tofu, Sichuan dry pot, and wok-fired mains.
