Duck N Bao’s third location maintains its reputation as a destination for crispy-skinned, Beijing-style duck and dim sum, including its very popular soup dumplings. The newer menu additions, like duck-fried rice, stir-fried salt and pepper lobster tails, and the classic mapo tofu, now with the option to add lobster, also entice. Beverages have gotten an upgrade with new teas imported from China and a showcase of Chinese spirit baijiu in drinks like the Dragon’s Breath. The cocktail, which celebrates the Year of the Dragon, combines baijiu, bourbon, Cointreau, and orange peel, with a finishing plume of oak smoke.
